We put together some information below so you'll know what to expect! And of course, reach out to us with any questions.

Christmas Day Dinner

It wouldn't be Christmas in Butler without the annual First Church Christmas Day Dinner. This will be the second year of the dinner being served as take-out and delivery. You can find all of that information by clicking the button below.

Would you like to #loveyourneighbor at Christmas? Serving at Christmas Day Dinner is a great way to do that! You can sign up at welcome centers at all services or call the church office at 724.283.6160.

We can't wait to see you!

have questions? We have answers!

Where can I park? Both of the campuses, Downtown and Route 8, have parking right at our locations.

Should I arrive early? Yes! Christmas Eve services tend to fill up quickly. A good rule of thumb is to arrive 1/2 hour early.

Do I need reservations? No. We are not taking reservations for our Christmas Eve services.

Is First Church taking precautions for Covid-19? Yes! Your safety is of the utmost importance! We are following some protocols during this time. We encourage all persons, vaccinated and unvaccinated, to wear masks. Social distancing is encouraged, too. We are cleaning our worship spaces between services to make sure the space that you visit is as germ free as possible.

Is nursery care available? There is nursery care, ages 0 - 4, available at the Downtown Campus, 5 pm service.

Which campus has what kind of service? Downtown services are traditional in a traditional space. The Route 8 Campus houses two kinds of services. Crossfire is a contemporary service, and God's Country is a country gospel service.

I am bringing my family. Which service is best? All of the services are great for families. However, the Crossfire service at 5 p.m., Route 8 Campus, has a children's program that might interest younger children.

Are any of the services available online? Yes! Crossfire and God's Country will be live streamed on Facebook and YouTube. The 5 pm Downtown service will be recorded and premiered at 9 pm on both Facebook and Youtube.
