WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE: FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE
Psalm 139:13-28
You are encouraged to bring your bible or an electronic device (phone/tablet) to read along with scripture readings during the service.
TAKING IT HOME
Here at First Church we value learning and living the story of Jesus. That means learning and living the scriptures that he used, and the scriptures that witness to his life on earth and his ongoing life among us in the power of the Holy Spirit. To help with that, we will read the entire New Testament through the year, and the Old Testament over the course of three years. We encourage you to journal what the Holy Spirit is saying to you through your time with Scripture each day using the S.O.A.P. method:
S: Write the scripture passage that speaks to you
O: Write down your observations about that scripture
A: Write down how those observations apply to your life and what you’re going to do about them
P: Write out a prayer expressing your heart to the Lord as He has spoken to you through His Word.
